What you do…
Trumpet Performance, Music Education. I used to compose, at TYMC I studied with Alexander Tentser, and I was pretty good at writing contrapuntal contraptions, and even got into some Romantic style harmonies. I currently teach at TYMC.

Musical interests…

I like the Music of Bach, Mahler, and Bruckner; I recently started listening to Beethoven’s late string quartets, Strauss’ Four Last Songs, and Casal’s Cello Suites, and Glen Gould playing the Goldberg Variations. I play in multiple UA groups, currently in the Wind Ensemble, and Chamber Winds.

Musical accomplishments…
I am currently studying Music Education and Trumpet Performance at the University of Arizona.

Update on your current life…
I currently am regularly performing with the Tucson Repertory Orchestra, the Foothills Philharmonic, the Arizona Symphonic Winds, and various University Ensembles.

Goals for the future…
I plan on enlisting in the United States Military as a bandsman to further my experience performing in all types of music venues all over the world.
