Thank you for visiting the TYMC giving page.
The Tucson Youth Music Center relies solely on private funding. As such, your support of TYMC enhances our ability to reach greater numbers of Tucson’s young musicians with quality music education.
Countless research studies confirm that children who study a musical instrument are more likely to excel in their studies, work better in teams, have enhanced critical thinking skills, stay in school, and pursue further education.
Together, our commitment to music education is helping students gain vital skills for future success. Not just in music, but in life.
Thank you for your kind consideration,

The Transforming Lives Fund is an unrestricted fund managed by the TYMC Board of Directors. Contributions to this fund are used where the need is greatest and/or to create new and innovative ways to deliver music education. Most recently, the Transforming Lives Fund was used to launch a new Summer Music Education program, to help combat Covid’s negative educational impact on underserved youth. A gift to the Transforming Lives Fund ensures TYMC's brand of music education stays relevant in the context of today's environmental, economic, and social challenges.GIVE NOW
The TYMC instrument inventory includes more than 400 violins, keyboards and pianos, guitars, flutes, trumpets, drums, clarinets, saxophones, trombones, cellos, harps, marimbas, and supplies for a fully functioning choir. Our instruments are highly prized but over time, become well-worn. Although the cost of instruments varies widely, a gift to the Instrument Fund strengthens TYMC’s ability to bring instruments to good working order, purchase or rent new or upgraded instruments when feasible, and surround students with proper support and technology.GIVE NOW
